Coarse-Grained Molecular Dynamics Simulations of Paclitaxel-Loaded Polymeric Micelles

I am a faculty member in the Department of Microbiology and Plant Pathology at the University of California, Riverside. My research integrates artificial intelligence, machine learning (AI/ML), and nano-scale molecular modeling to investigate disease mechanisms and advance bioinformatics analyses.

AI/machine learning in agriculture to model and forecast plant diseases
Computational modeling and molecular dynamics (MD) simulations of complex biological systems
Integrate data-driven and physics-based approaches to study disease mechanisms, risk prediction, and therapy development
Interdisciplinary research spanning agriculture and plant pathology, biopharmaceutical and pharmaceutical sciences, biophysics, and chemical engineering
